ISO 9001 certification for the entire Group
Following on from ISO 9001 certification for the French-speaking region and two of our establishments in the Canton of Graubünden, we are particularly proud to have successfully completed ISO 9001 group certification in 2022. The correct application of the standards and processes in the various fields of activity form the basis of our daily operations. High-quality work ensures maximum benefit for our guests. We are therefore even more pleased that our efforts have now been officially validated and certified.
Quality assurance by designated professionals
We have nominated professionals to verify the quality of individual areas of activity within our company. These experts are responsible for the entire process, from the development of quality guidelines to everyday implementation. In addition, conceptual specifications in our management system help us to maintain quality in the individual specialist areas.
Further education and training programs in every specialist area
Our employees are one of our most important assets. We offer employees easy access to vocational training and further education. The Tertianum Group’s human resources development team is responsible for employee development and training and further education programs in all the specialist and management areas. This also includes support and quality management of establishments that promote young talent and prepare them for new responsibilities.
Internal and external audit
Our objective is to implement a comprehensive quality assurance system throughout Tertianum. Each of our sites undergoes an internal and external audit at least every one and a half years. The audit covers areas such as care and support, guest management, housekeeping and occupational health and safety. Additional inspections are carried out at our facilities to ensure that the high standards of cleanliness and compliance are maintained.
