Our Staff Committee is the communication link between Tertianum and all of its employees. It addresses the concerns of over 6,000 employees and ensures that all team members have their say. The Staff Committee handles employee requests at quarterly meetings and brings them to the attention of Tertianum management. It also provides feedback on resolutions and proposals from the Executive Board and informs the employees concerned about relevant decisions.
