The Tertianum Glasi residential and care centre provides comfortable and secure housing for seniors in Bülach in the Canton of Zurich. It opened in summer 2022. The senior apartments and care rooms are part of the Glasi area, a lively district with apartments, shops, offices, restaurants, as well as a main square as the perfect meeting place. The housing includes 62 senior apartments in the care unit. A publicly accessible bistro, which is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, completes the comprehensive range of services.

The new Tertianum Etzelblick residential and care centre offers comfortable and secure living for seniors in Richterswil in the Canton of Zurich. The elegant, new three-part building is located directly beside the Mülibach in the middle of a quiet residential area. It comprises 27 apartments, 64 care places and a wide range of services. Seniors will not only enjoy the beautiful location near the lake, but can also partake in numerous in-house activities.

Surrounded by a beautiful green area, the Tertianum Bärholz residential and care centre is the ideal home for seniors to enjoy comfort in old age. Four 2 ½-room apartments with a secluded patio area have been built in the middle of the quiet residential area. The Bärholz facility is firmly established in Wohlen and the Freiamt region in the Canton of Aargau. Our well-trained nursing staff attach great importance to a convivial atmosphere. Our care and assistance are centred around self-determination, even for those with more severe care needs.

Tertianum’s Les Marronniers residential and care centre is located in the middle of picturesque Martigny in the Canton of Valais. Shopping facilities and meeting places where guests can relax are located nearby. The accommodation comprises 39 senior apartments with balconies or terraces and 72 care places in the nursing unit. A publicly accessible bistro, which is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, completes the comprehensive range of services.

The new Tertianum Gartenhof residential and care centre in Winterthur-Wülflingen opened in November 2021. The attractive residential and care offering for senior citizens is part of the new Gartenhof development with a green inner courtyard. The approximately 25,000 m2 site is within walking distance of Winterthur-Wülflingen railway station. The development is very well served by public transport. Wülflingen also has its own motorway access to the A1. The lively neighbourhood has various meeting places for socialising with friends.

The new Tertianum La Venise residential and care centre is centrally located in Monthey. Just 200 metres from the market square, you can continue to enjoy your independence in peace and security. The centre offers 39 2 ½-room flats with loggias for senior citizens who want to live safely and independently. In addition, the home has 40 and an additional ward for people with dementia. A public bistro, which will be open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, rounds off the comprehensive range of services in Monthey.

The Tertianum Comacini residential and care centre opened its doors in July 2019. The centre is easily accessible with a bus stop just around the corner and only a few minutes' walk from Chiasso train station. The Tertianum Comacini residential and care centre offers 90 senior flats and 30 single care rooms on six floors. The residential offering includes 5 1½-room flats, 60 2½-room flats and 25 3½-room flats. The offer is supplemented by comprehensive care services.

In summer 2020, the Tertianum Rosenau residential and care centre opened on the Spelteriniwiese in Bazenheid with 9 flats, 72 care places and a wide range of services. This replaced the previous Tertianum Rosenau residential and care centre in Kirchberg, which was closed on this date.

In addition to the 1½-room flats, 2½-room flats and 3½-room flats, a separate nursing ward with single rooms was opened. A semi-public bistro and commercial space for hairdressing, podiatry or TCM complete the offer.

In spring 2021, the Tertianum Giessenturm residential and care centre opened as part of a new residential quarter with 80 flats in the high-rise building and a care unit with 60 individual care rooms in the three-storey longitudinal building. The quarter was built between the town centre and Überlandstrasse on a part of the current industrial site of the Givaudan company that is no longer required. The spacious, public Giessenplatz and the neighbouring garden on the banks of the Glatt offer space for people to meet and linger. A variety of living and meeting spaces and commercial areas round off the attractive offer at Tertianum Giessenturm.

The Tertianum Am Rietpark residential and care centre comprising 78 senior apartments and 30 single care rooms opened on the Geistlich site in Schlieren in the Canton of Zurich in July 2020. The spacious building offers seniors safe and comfortable living. It is located in the middle of a lively neighbourhood with shopping facilities and restaurants. The large park in the development is the perfect place for guests to relax. The accommodation includes 78 apartments with balconies, 30 care rooms and a bistro.

The impressive Tertianum La Sorne residential and care centre is perfectly located on the banks of the La Sorne river and on a generous plot of land. This modern, clearly laid out new building consists of 3 floors and a quiet inner courtyard.

The housing comprises 41 senior apartments and 26 single care rooms. Most of the apartments and rooms offer a view of the La Sorne river. A publicly accessible bistro, which is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, completes the comprehensive range of services in the new Tertianum facility.
