Public-private partnerships

A public-private partnership offers the public sector many advantages: It relieves the financial budget and allows the municipality to concentrate on its core competencies. This is why we are interested in working with municipalities as part of a public-private partnership. Tertianum provides efficient and high-quality business management of the retirement property, while the local municipality, for its part, ensures that the partnership goals are aligned with the common good.

Public-private partnerships as a means of strengthening retirement provision

An ever-increasing number of public-sector institutions are partnering with private providers for pension provision. The municipalities and local authority associations value these partnerships as they can leave the demanding everyday business in professional hands, while they receive a guarantee of quality that is set down contractually and potentially reduce their investment burden.
